REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products returns and refunds are not accepted. However, if there was an error or defect with your order please contact us within 2 days upon delivery at @tarusbeautyproducts@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
Your order will be processed and shipped between 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking number when your package is on the way. We currently use USPS for shipping which takes 2-3 business days to deliver.
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of your order and your location. Please be sure to correctly enter your address including any suite, unit or apartment numbers. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part there will be a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
Please be advised that orders need to be shipped to an address where they can be retrieved immediately. During warm weather months products may melt. We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. If melting occurs place item in the refrigerator to regain semi solid consistency. Product will not lose effectiveness.

Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use. Because some of our products contain essential oils, please patch test and discontinue use if irritation or adverse event occurs. Results may vary from person to person.
